My 22nd shiny is Palkia. Pokémon: Palkia Nickname: Palkia Gender: Undefined (Male) Nature: Timid Ability: Pressure Method of Capture: Soft Reset in Platinum. Caught in Premier Ball Moveset: Spatial Rend, Surf, Thunder, Fire Blast Backstory: Palkia was sought out after hearing my friend’s desire to obtain shiny Dialga. I felt that Shiny Palkia wasn’t appreciated enough, as it’s shiny is actually quite cool. So, on a whim, I decided to SR for it on Platinum. In Less than a week and in 1486 SRs, I ran into him while on the way to a Doctor’s appointment. I was able to catch him in a Premier Ball, as his catch rate is surprisingly high (higher than Basculin’s). Still it took some stressful battling, as I actually had to attack him, the first time I had ever done so to a shiny. Still, I caught him with relative ease, and He’s now a prime member of my Uber team. The Timid Synchronizer Actually worked, so he’s got the benefit of a good nature.
